There aren’t enough words to encompass all the kindness and good vibes that are Alexa & Dillon. They are two of THE purest people I think I’ve ever met. They love each other so fully and chose to spend their wedding day focusing on each other surrounded by their closest family members. A quick afternoon spent getting ready in Alexa’s family home, and then off to Promise Ridge - a venue as magical as it sounds.

I think part of the allure of having a microwedding is that it can be everything a wedding is, but trimmed of all the unimportant “stuff.” You can make it whatever you want it to be but aren’t pressured to do anything that distracts from the day and what it signifies to you. You can still dance, still honor the couples in your life that influenced your ideas of love, and can still celebrate the small traditions like cake cutting and popping champagne. There’s no RIGHT way to get married, I just want it to feel like you. Alexa & Dillon had a day that felt peaceful and full and I think that describes them to a T. Full of life and love and joy and all the good things. A quick question on a post-it note that led to where we are now. That’s a wedding day if there ever was one. So honored I got to celebrate theirs alongside them.
